Their time zone, handled
Times show in each visitor’s own timezone, detected for them and easy to change. The maths is DST-safe.
Self-hosted scheduling · by BotLane LLC
Your own booking page. Your domain. One flat price. Guests pick a time in their timezone, get the invite and a Meet or Zoom link, and land in your dashboard.
How it works
Guests see only the times you are free, after your buffers, notice and Google Calendar busy times.
Every slot shows in the guest’s own timezone. Nobody does the maths.
Both sides get an email with a calendar invite, and the Google Meet or Zoom link is made for them.
Features
For your guests
Times show in each visitor’s own timezone, detected for them and easy to change. The maths is DST-safe.
Guests change plans from a signed link in their email. No sign-up, no password.
Both sides get an email with an .ics invite that opens in Google, Outlook and Apple Calendar, for bookings, reschedules and cancellations.
For your calendar
The last check runs inside a database transaction with a unique index. If two people race for a slot, one gets a friendly “just taken” message.
Weekly hours with several ranges a day, buffers between meetings, minimum notice, a booking window and your slot length.
Intro calls, demos, strategy sessions. Each with its own link, length, description and location.
For you
Upcoming, past and cancelled bookings in one list, with live counts. Cancel from the admin and both sides are told.
Set one brand colour and it flows through every page and button. Light and dark themes are built in.
Runs on your own server as a single small app with one SQLite file. One command makes a consistent backup.
Integrations
Checks free/busy across the calendars you pick. Writes each booking, and updates or removes it when plans change.
Adds a Meet link to each booking automatically.
Creates, updates and deletes a Zoom meeting for each booking. The join link goes into the email and the invite.
Confirmations, reschedules and cancellations over your own SMTP, with a calendar file attached.
Calendar tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM). If an integration has a hiccup, the booking still goes through.

FAQ
No. Guests pick a time and give their name and email (notes are optional). To reschedule or cancel they use the signed link in their confirmation email.
Syncc connects to Google Calendar: it checks busy times across the calendars you choose and writes each booking to one of them. Invites go out as .ics files, which open in Google, Outlook and Apple Calendar.
Yes. Pick Google Meet or Zoom on an event type and each booking gets its own link. It goes into the emails and the calendar invite, and shows next to the booking in your dashboard.
Visitors see times in their own timezone, detected automatically and easy to change. Your availability stays in yours.
Yes, on both plans. Point a domain such as book.yourcompany.com at it and the included Caddy setup fetches and renews the HTTPS certificate. On Cloud we do that part for you.
Syncc is built for one owner today: one admin account and one set of availability. Team pages and round-robin are not part of it.
Cloud is $7 a month billed yearly ($84), or $9 month to month. Self-host is a one-time $99 licence with a year of updates and email support; updates after that are optional at $39 a year. One price per booking page, never per seat.
US dollars (USD). Taxes may apply where required.
Both plans have every feature. Pick Cloud if you want us to host it, keep it updated and back it up. Pick Self-host if you want it on your own server and are happy to run it yourself.
